I det här fallet gäller det en svensk medborgare men det räcker faktiskt att det är någon som är skriven här för att det ska vara ett brott i Sverige. Att vapnen aldrig passerar Sverige, spelar ingen roll, säger Thomas Tjäder.
– En som är bosatt i Sverige eller stadigvarande vistas här får inte heller förmedla försvarsmateriel som befinner sig utomlands utan att ha tillstånd från oss, så det är också förbjudet, säger han.

So, what you would be looking at, if any government tried to do that, would be a deepening of this conflict and possible, that would trigger off a large regional war.”

The rebels used chemical weapons in north-eastern Syria near the border with Turkey on Tuesday, a Lebanese TV channel Al-Mayadeen reported.
The toxic shell exploded near a Kurdish defense forces’ checkpoint close to the border with Turkey in the city of Ras al-Ayn al-Hasakah.
The attack was reported by Kurdish defense forces who are conducting military operations against the rebels in the region.
