Syrian Government Forces Are Close to Full Liberation of Aleppo City

A large buildup of pro-government forces took place in southern Aleppo. Hezbollah and Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba deployed a significant number of manpower to the area. This move has once against fueled massive speculations in pro-government media outlets that the Syrian army and its allies are going to advance in the direction of Khan Tuman. However, this move can be hardly expected in the near future.
Now, the Syrian military’s main goal is to develop momentum in eastern Aleppo in order to push militants to surrender and to set a full-control over Aleppo city. Government forces deployed contingent in southern Aleppo to strengthen the pressure on militants in the southern part of eastern Aleppo pocket, tacking advantage on their lack of manpower and military supplies. While Jaish al-Fatah militant coalition will try repel government attacks in southern and northern directions, the Syrian military will likely launch a splitting attack in the direction of Aleppo Citadel, putting the end to the battle for Aleppo city.

While I had traveled to Aleppo independently as recently as July and August, for many others in the delegation, it was their first visit to the city or their first visit since the war on Syria began in 2011.

14 nov Govt Forces to Relaunch Offensive Operations inside and outside Aleppo

On Sunday, the Turksish Armed Forces and pro-Ankara militants reached the outskirts of al-Bab, controlled by ISIS after capturing the areas of Swesian, Hazwan, Qadiran, Al-Dana and ‘Awla. The Ankara-led forces are now deployed in about 2 km from al-Bab and readying to storm it. Turkey’s battle tanks and artillery are shelling the town. Air strikes by the US-led coalition’s air power are also reported.
Al-Bab is a key logistical hub, located in the province of Aleppo. If the Ankara-led forces set a full control of it, they will be able to prevent the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) from linking up the Kurdish-controlled areas in northern Syria.
The recently appeared photo shows two fighters of the so-called Free Syrian Army (FSA) with the Chinese-made FN-6 man portable air defence system (MANPAD) in northern Aleppo. FSA units, operating under the banner of the Operation Euphrates Shield, receive supplies and are embeded with the Turkish army and Special Forces. They have been hardly able to obtain this modern surface-to-air missile without order from Ankara. If supplies of MANPADs to the FSA in northern Syria are confirmed, it will be an important signal that Turkey is considering the plan of military confrontation with the Syrian military after the seizure of al-Bab from ISIS. – Jihadist rebels in serious trouble as Syrian Army, Hezbollah eye southern Aleppo – Russian Experts Find Evidence of Chemical Weapon Use by Aleppo Terrorists – MoD – Russia Delivers About 1 Ton of Humanitarian Aid to Syria’s Aleppo, Hama – Re-Build Syria expo kicks off with the participation of 122 companies

Brace for Occupation: US Plans to ‘Seize and Govern’ Syria’s Raqqa — Joint Chiefs of Staff

The guile and lack of self-consciousness on display here is off the charts. Americans are openly talking about occupying a portion of a sovereign country (that they’re not even officially at war with) and setting it up for partition — and their media isn’t even scandalized enough to censor it.
Only Americans can talk about how they intend to march on a city in a foreign country, take it, and run it — and not realize just how scandalous that sounds to everyone else.

Syria is paying the price of its independence

Bashar al-Assad: Obviously, the terrorists have received massive support from different corners of the world. There are more than 100 nationalities participating in the aggression against Syria, relying on the support of countries such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar, that fund them and Turkey that undoubtedly offers them logistical support, as well as the approval and supervision of Western States led by the United States, France, the United Kingdon and other allies.
