Michel Chossudovsky – Syria: Fabricating Chemical Lies. Who is Behind the East Ghouta Attacks?
While the ISTEAMS Report does not establish who was behind the mass killings of innocent children, it confirms that the videos released on August 21 including those presented on September 5 to the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee had been deliberately manipulated, that the bodies of dead children had been moved from one location to another in a staged event.
The ISTEAMS study demonstrates the following: the East Ghouda tragedy was a carefully planned staged event involving the US sponsored “opposition rebel forces”.
The Senate Committee Resolution 2021 (referring to the videos) points to “clear and compelling evidence”. In the words of John Kerry in his statement before the Senate Committee: “The images [in the videos] of that day are sickening. And in my view, the world cannot ignore the inhumanity and the horror of this act.”
But those images were part of a diabolical operation which consisted in triggering atrocities including the killing of innocent children, and then using the filmed footages of these atrocities for propaganda purposes.
Who was behind this criminal project?
Press TV – UN Syria resolution not to refer to Chapter 7 of UN Charter: Lavrov
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says the resolution that the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) is to adopt on Syria will not refer to Chapter 7 of the UN Charter, regulating the use of military force against Damascus.
The foreign minister made the remarks during a conference after a meeting held with his French counterpart Laurent Fabius in the Russian capital, Moscow.
“The resolution of the Security Council, which will approve the decision of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) executive council, will not be over Chapter 7. We said it distinctly in Geneva and the document that we agreed on says no single word about it,” Lavrov said.
Christof Lehmann – UN Report on Syria ambiguous and dangerous, USA, UK and France under Suspicion for Systematic Omission of Evidence for “Opposition’s Chemical Weapons Use, to Justify Military Aggression against Syria.
UN Secretary General Ban Kyi Moon has received the UN Inspectors report on the use of chemical weapons in Syria. The report was presented at a close session of the UN Security Council. The report clarifies that the experts did not find standard chemical weapons warheads as used by the Syrian Arab Army.
The way in which the debris of the missiles was scattered suggests, that a multiple rocket launcher (MRL) could have been used to launch the chemical laden projectiles. A procedure not used by Syria’s military forces.
Even though the report clearly supports Syrian and Russian statements and mounting evidence which points towards foreign-backed terrorists as perpetrators of the chemical weapons attack on 21 August, the report is ambiguous and leaves dangerously much room for political interpretations.

”The storage locations, which will be identified during the first stage of the experts’ work, will require some international presence, I am sure about this. Russia is willing to take part in the procedures ensuring such security along the perimeters of the sites where the relevant work will be done by Syrian experts and OPCW experts,” Lavrov said at a press conference following negotiations with French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius.
voltairenet.org – The chemical weapons of Ghouta came from the Turkish Army
The TV channel Al-Ikbariya broadcasted, on Sunday the 15th of September 2013, a long interview of a prisoner reporting the way that he had transported chemical weapons from a Turkish military base to Damascus.
According to this report, the Turkish army was aiming to provoke an international intervention against Syria.

Israel wants to see Syrian President Bashar Al Assad toppled, its ambassador to the United States said on Tuesday, in a shift from its non-committal public stance on its neighbour’s civil war.
Even Al Assad’s defeat by Al Qaida-aligned rebels would be preferable to Damascus’ current alliance with Israel’s arch-foe Iran, Ambassador Michael Oren said in an interview with the Jerusalem Post.

Is war biggest crime committed in Syria against Syrians? As the UN Independent Commission on Syria releases yet another report, one thing is painfully clear: both sides have committed countless war crimes and atrocities, with no end in sight to the hostilities. How independent and impartial can the Commission be, with so much at stake? Vitit Muntarbhorn, one of the authors of the report, joins Oksana in this special edition of Worlds Apart.

Det vore väl konstigt annars. FN-rapporten (finns HÄR) om kem-attacken talar om att platsen för undersökningen, som kontrolleras av de väpnade gängen, kan ha manipulerats.
Press TV – Syria CW attack scene may have been manipulated, UN report says
The team reported that while it was at the Ghouta attack site, ”individuals arrived carrying other suspected munitions, indicating that such potential evidence is being moved and possibly manipulated.”
voiceofrussia.com – Report presented by UN mission on chemical weapons in Syria needs further review – Churkin
UN inspectors, who visited the sites of chemical weapons attacks carried out near Damascus in August this year, came to the conclusion that warheads of these missiles could be either made at factory or handicraft.
According to the report, the experts didn’t find warheads allegedly filled with nerve gas sarin.
The UN experts believe that the way missiles’ remainders are scattered suggests that they could be launched from a multiple rocket launcher (MRL).
The report says the experts don’t exclude the possibility of transporting material evidence of the chemical weapons attack to another place either immediately after the firing or before UN inspectors’ arrival.
Tony Cartalucci – 5 Lies Invented to Spin UN Report on Syrian Chemical Weapons Attack
As predicted days before the UN’s Syrian chemical weapons report was made public, the West has begun spinning the findings to bolster their faltering narrative regarding alleged chemical weapon attacks on August 21, 2013 in eastern Damascus, Syria. The goal of course, is to continue demonizing the Syrian government while simultaneously sabotaging a recent Syrian-Russian deal to have Syria’s chemical weapon stockpiles verified and disarmed by independent observers.
What the Washington Post fails to mention are the ”limitations” the UN team itself put on the credibility of their findings. On page 18 of the report (22 of the .pdf)
, the UN states [emphasis added]:
The time necessary to conduct a detailed survey of both locations as well as take samples was very limited. The sites have been well travelled by other individuals both before and during the investigation. Fragments and other possible evidence have clearly been handled/moved prior to the arrival of the investigation team.
It should also be noted that militants still controlled the area after the alleged attack and up to and including during the investigation by UN personnel. Any tampering or planting of evidence would have been carried out by ”opposition” members – and surely the Syrian government would not point rockets in directions that would implicate themselves.

An official statement from the General Command of Army and Armed Forces: ”Earlier today 09-16-2013, a Syrian Air Force helicopter was missing in a recon mission over the Syrian-Turkish border villages or Latakia countryside, and after rescanning our radars showed that the helicopter accidentally crossed the Turkish airspace for a short distance before given an order of withdrawing and guided back inside the Syrian airspace, during its withdrawal the Turkish air force shot down the helicopter to fall inside the Syrian territory. The hasty reaction from the Turkish side, especially that the helicopter was unarmed, on a recon mission and on its way back to Syrian space, is an evidence of the real intentions of Erdog(an`s government toward Syria by escalating the situation on the borders and adding tension between the two countries and.” End of Statement. Adrian Salbuchi – Why the US, UK, EU and Israel hate Syria
Her ‘Top Eight Reasons Why They Hate Us’ is an excellent wrap-up, applicable to just about every self-respecting country in the world: no Rothschild-controlled Central Bank, no IMF debt, no genetically modified foods, oil and pipelines, anti-secret societies, anti-Zionism, secularism and nationalism.
Her brief message unravels as a sort of common sense manual which explains why the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the European Union (especially France) and Israel are so keen on destroying Syria, a country whose leadership just won’t bow down to the New World Order elites embedded deep inside the Western powers’ own public (government) and private (corporate/banking) power structures.

Like Libya and Iraq before they were embroiled in war, Syria provides free education at all levels and free medical care. It also provides subsidized housing for everyone (although some of this has been compromised by adoption of an IMF structural adjustment program in 2006 and the presence of about 2 million Iraqi and Palestinian refugees). Iran too provides nearly free higher education and primary health care.
Like Libya and Iraq before takedown, Syria and Iran have state-owned central banks that issue the national currency and are under government control. Whether these countries will succeed in maintaining their financial sovereignty in the face of enormous economic, political and military pressure remains to be seen.
